How the Buyer Credit Works
- When you purchase a home with 617 Living, you're eligible to receive a Buyer Credit equal to up to one month of your current rent — applied directly at closing.
- The credit is put toward your closing costs, lowering the out-of-pocket expense of buying and making the transition from renting to owning more financially manageable.
- Getting started is simple: just let us know you're ready to begin your search and share a copy of your current Lease Agreement. You don't have to have rented through us — all renters are welcome.

Terms and Conditions Apply
- To participate, Buyer must enter into an Exclusive Buyer Representation Agreement with a member of the 617 Living Team at Compass.
- The Buyer Credit received will be up to the amount of one month’s rent with a maximum allowable credit of 20% of the Buyer-side Agent commission. The commission is based on the final purchase price.
- The Buyer Credit is received at closing and Buyer must close on the property to receive the Buyer Credit.
- The Buyer Credit is not transferrable and a minimum of one (1) person(s) named on the presented Lease Agreement must be named on the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the property being purchased.
- The Buyer Credit cannot be applied to a transaction where Buyer was referred to 617 Living by an Agent receiving a referral fee.
