Real Estate Agent
Seeking MA licensed real estate agents with at least 1 year of Boston real estate experience.
*REAL ESTATE LICENSE REQUIRED*
Agents with 617 Living have a strong desire to grow their real estate business and are extremely motivated. In the early part of their career, they are primarily responsible for leasing apartments and performing organizational duties while creating relationships and performing a variety of administrative tasks. As they progress, they are guided with lead conversion campaigns to grow the rental business to relationships, and ultimately to sales business.

Essentials
- MA Real Estate License
- Strong knowledge of the Boston area
- Ability to work efficiently with a wide variety of individuals, have attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and daily expectations effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor and compile data from market conditions daily for market performance
- Build long-standing relationships with clients while showing listings
- Obtain and maintain a CRM for constant and consistent follow-up
- Demonstrate technical selling skills to close each sale and obtain the required deposits
- Prepare all lease-related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner and be prepared to explain to clients
- Responsible for completing, submitting, and organizing application packages in accordance with all legal requirements and team policies
- Maintains a general knowledge of state laws, Fair Housing, and strict ethics
- Answer incoming phone calls and handle them accordingly
- Monitor and evaluate lease expirations and convert past renters to buyers
- Develop and implement short and long-range marketing plans and innovative, state-of-the-art marketing strategies by using Team CRM for outreach marketing efforts, and creating cost-effective advertising strategies, to achieve or exceed goals
- Responsible for updating and maintaining all marketing websites with accurate and up-to-date information and availability

Support Specialist
Assist Team Principals in day-to-day activities and tasks to ultimately generate business growth
This role includes yet is not limited to:
- Accompanying clients to view properties, providing guidance, answering any questions they may have, ensuring their needs and preferences are met while showcasing the best features of each property
- Complete all necessary administrative tasks, such as property tour organization, compiling transaction documents, client intake screening, coordinating and corresponding with other agents, managing client databases
- Complete all necessary transaction-related activities, such as home inspections, smoke certification inspections, collection of 6D and any other transaction-related items
- Answering and returning phone calls/messages, not limited to the 617 Living team phone line
- Assist with open houses and other marketing events
- Continuously strive to enhance the client experience by offering exceptional service and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- Familiarize yourself with property details, including features, amenities, and neighborhood information, to effectively communicate this information to clients
- Assist with pre-showing preparations, such as ensuring properties are clean, presentable, and ready for viewing
- Actively listen to clients' feedback and preferences during property showings, noting any specific likes or dislikes to report back to Team Principals
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the process
- Continuously strive to enhance the client experience by offering exceptional service and going above and beyond to exceed their expectations
- Gather and analyze feedback to help refine the search criteria
- Stay up to date with the local real estate market trends, property inventory, and industry best practices

Location: Hybrid, (Boston-based preferred but open to candidates outside Boston)

- Utilize AI tools for social media optimization and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with our real estate team to gather content and maintain a content calendar.
- Implement scheduled posting for optimal audience engagement.
Requirements:
- Current college student pursuing a degree in marketing, social media studies, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the importance of content repurposing, creation, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience with AI tools for social media analytics and optimization.
- Knowledge of creating and implementing content calendars.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a social media intern or in a related role.
- A small to medium-sized following on social media platforms.
- Familiarity with the real estate industry.
- Located in or near Boston (preferred but not required).
